I too have always liked Tifa in FF7. No, it's not 'cause of her voluptuous body. She was the one who was really meant for Cloud until girls like Aerith and Yufie came along. Not that I dislike their characters, it's just I'm more into the Cloud/Tifa shipping Cheesy

_edit: Updated my Ubuntu desktop on my netbook. Same background, but I made a few changes to icon locations, my dock, and the main menu button on the upper panel. That button looks great on my netbook, but makes my desktop monitor look naked Cheesy

Again, just minor changes. Looks a lot like a Mac, doesn't it? Cheesy

Hi everyone. I just changed my wallpaper on my home desktop computer on both my OS's... but I only have the Ubuntu one to post for now. My Windows wallpaper is the same as my Ubuntu one, and the secondary monitor in windows is the same as before:

I made this wallpaper myself too. I used the same pokemon images as in my Eeveelutions background and a couple of backgrounds to make this wallpaper to make this wallpaper. I find this wallpaper very fitting to Espeon and Ubreon, as Espeon evolves with high happiness during the day, and Umbreon evolves with high happiness during the night.... in the games. I like the results, and am using it now as my wallpaper on both my Windows and Ubuntu OS's. I didn't change much about my Ubuntu's interface except for the corners of the top panel, and moved the icons to suit the wallpaper. I love my Ubuntu's "Mac OS X" look and feel ^^

Here's another screenshot for y'all, again from my home desktop:

This is a screenshot of an experimental run of Linux Mint, running it straight from a USB flash drive. Although it's based on Ubuntu,it's a different distribution of Linux. It actually looks and acts more like Windows by default, even though it uses the same GNOME desktop environment as Ubuntu. I can see why it's already the 2nd most popular Linux distro. I do like experimenting with other distributions of Linux, and different desktop environments as well.

Don't worry. I still like Ubuntu a lot and don't see myself switching from it 'til at least 2013.

I'll be getting me a laptop here real soon. Either I'll keep it as it'll come with, or I may just end up getting one I really, REALLY like. I don't know yet. I think it may feature a dragon or something. But, hmm...

Got some new wallpapers to post here. Changed them on both my netbook and my desktop. So here's my netbook first:

This is the Cadillac Converj concept, just been green-lighted for production as the Cadillac ELR. Finally, Cadillac gets a gas-electric hybrid... and a damn good one too as it's based on the same technology driving the Chevrolet Volt. As for the picture, I very much left it alone and added the Cadillac emblem and scripts. I'm using my netbook a lot more, so I've been adding stuff to my Ubuntu dock.

Now for my desktop:

Beautiful, isn't it? Now THAT is a Cadillac. That is the Cadillac Ciel concept, just revealed a week ago. It actually kinda looks like a late-60's Eldorado. I hope GM decides to build this car, it's just that beautiful and that much recognizable as a Cadillac, and would make the perfect halo model. As for the wallpaper, I went all out on making it, taking a number of Ciel pics and making a collage out of it. These are only my Ubuntu desktops I'm posting right now. I'll add my Windows desktop backgrounds later.

And Chakotay looks pretty good. I assume that's a default wallpaper, but the black theme looks great for Windows 7

They're Natsuki Tsujimoto (left) and Miyuki Kobayakawa (right) from You're Under Arrest!, the series Fujishima Kousuke created before Ah! My Goddess.

Okay, I just missed something ^^;;;

I'll post new ones from my netbook pretty soon. I have a program on both my desktop and netbook Ubuntu OS's that change wallpapers every (insert interval here) minutes/hours/whatever. Not using it on my desktop right now, but I am using it on my netbook. So I'll post the screenshots soon ^^

Viper, I had a screenshot of an eye that was kind of bloody. But it was taken down by Photobucket for TOS violations (though I hardly see how, to be honest; it was disturbing, yes, but offensive?). I'll have to find another one.
