Usagi joins an expeditionary team to the depths of the Earth to investigate a find that flies in the face of known history, but she must endure the insufferable Dr. Aino Minako and deal with her arch nemesis, Chiba Mamoru. But as they discover, fate has something else in mind for our crew of intrepid adventurers!
