As climate change grips our planet a new force steps up to challenge those placing our fragile world in peril, but is she friend or foe, that is what Sailor Moon and her senshi needs to find out and fast, strange things begin to happen and time grows short as they step up to the challenge offered by a a girl by the name of Flora who has more in common with plants than she does with humans.
