I am reading this in reverse order I know, but I will look at the other stories and I must say that I noticed a depth of characterization and world building that really demonstrates a talent.
The children are delightful. The reactions and interactions between the kids and adults is superb.
I like how you wove the themes and events into a flowing whole.
I did pick up some minor knit-picky things: spelling and typos, and I think those can be sorted out with a good BETA on side. But, in terms of a wonderful all-round storytellling experience, this was excellent. Good work.
