I haven't read this story in so long, and it's still as good as I remember it to be.
I won't say that I love this piece (even though I do) because I love absolutely everything that you write. What I will say is that this is absolutely the best Nephrite fic I have ever read, and most likely ever will read. I'm only on the first chapter and already I'm almost in tears.
You write so beautifully and your charcters are so perfect. They're flawed and real and just bring out whatever emotion you've designed them to make the reader feel.

Wow ... what?! So Kunzite isn't as cowardly as Machk thought he is? I am intrigued by this story and wondering why I haven't read it earlier. This is a truly unique gem complete with absolutely original ideas, one that is no doubt on its way to becoming one of the finest shitennou-centric epic. I am pining for more!

I think I just read Chapter 5...Oh my lanta so much emotion in so few words, and it was completely captivating! You write stripped-down, bare emotional rawness like no other. Only complaint: too short! This is one of my favorite stories, EVER, so I hope that the next chapter is on deck!
Seriously 5 out of 5 stars! Would do business again ;)

Just for fair warning, the next chapter's going to be pretty short as well, but 7, 9, and 10 will prolly be epic. So it should all even out.
I'm hoping for chapter 6 to come out in the next week or so. I'll blog about it I'm sure. ^^

Yay for another chapter! They're really all so adorable, they make me want to have kids, but only slightly. Again, it's great to see the Shitennou with a history instead of just token bad guys, already it's easy to see how their pasts could be manipulated and such. And Endymion asking for silence was hilarious, I cracked up for awhile. And of course, Kunzite is cool no matter how old he is.
I saw like...two typos but I could only find this one again:
“And Zoisite’s smart like Acel and Jadeite’s… Jadeite’s a lot like Acel,” Machk finished, unsure of how to say that any better.
Too many Acels on the field! ^_^I'm really enjoying this, so you should probably stop procrastinating and check another chapter of this off your to do list asap. =P

I have to admit, they are kind of cute. ^^ Particularly Acel. I think I could maybe handle a kid if he was like Acel. Well, sometimes I think that, and then I realize how delusional I am. And I totally think Endymion abuses the fact that he can order them all around in good fun sometimes, mostly just when they annoy him. ^.~ And yeah, Kunzite's always way too old for his age.
God damn it. You know, I did that like five times? I thought I'd caught them all. It's weird, I don't do it with anyone else's name, but when I'm typing quickly and talking about Katsuo, I somehow end up typing Acel. *rolls eyes* Maybe because they hang out so much? I don't know, it's very weird.
Up next is a one-shot "Permanent Child," which I can pretty much guarantee you'll want to read (^.~), then another one-shot, ficlet-y thingy, and then chapter five of this. I'm probably only going to be able to get to Chapter Seven of this if I'm lucky, but I don't count on the last three chapters to be very long. Seven is going to be fucking epic. @.@ Thanks for reviewing again!

Well, since this is a Nephrite fic, obviously that won't happen. ^.~ But Kunzite is my absolute favorite of the Shitennou, and he makes frequent appearances. Here's a list of my other stories that have Kunzy in them if you're interested.

Um...I love this? I loved Nephrite's mom, she's a pretty awesome character, and all the drama kept me from doing homework because I just wanted to keep reading, but that's okay, I hate homework anyways. And this whole concept is new and intriguing, because who ever thinks about what the Shitennou were like before they were the Shitennou? Keep writing immediately, kthx. =P

Yay review! :D I was going to submit this one to the Review Request thread after chapter four if someone didn't say something. ^^;;
And yay for love!
More people should think about the Shitennou before they were Shitennou. *soapboxes* Seriously, there's a wealth of stuff to delve into. I could do four epics for each of the four boys if I wanted, but I probably won't as that would be exhausting. ^^; Plus, I think Nephrite actually has the spiffiest history, or at least he will as soon as he gets a wee bit older. :)
Write now I'm in the middle of the next chapters of Hands Fall Together and Mask of Lies, but chapters for this fic have a tendency to be written at random times, so... yeah. It'll be updated eventually.
